Banco do Brasil (BBAS3) approved the distribution of R$ 940,587,022.62 as remuneration to shareholders in the form of dividends and R$ 1,673,348,484.70 in the form of Interest on Equity (JCP), both relating to the first quarter of 2024.
The information was released this Wednesday, 8.
The value per share of dividends is R$0.16478568141.
The value per JCP share is R$0.29316146583.
The amounts will be paid on 06/21/2024, based on the shareholding position of 06/11/2024, with the shares being traded “ex” from 06/12/2024.
