Investing.com – Bradesco pays dividends to shareholders this Thursday, May 2nd. Between Tuesday night, before the Labor Day Holiday (May 1st), and today, 3R Petroleum, Allos, Rumo and Mater Dei announced the distribution of dividends, check details:

Bradesco (BVMF:)

Banco Bradesco pays monthly interest on equity (JCP) this Thursday, May 2nd. The value per common share is R$0.017249826 and per preferred share is R$0.018974809. The base date for receipt is April 1st of this year.

3R Petroleum (BVMF:)

The Ordinary General Meeting approved dividends in the amount of R$92.565 million, or R$0.38500117929 per share issued by the company. Payment takes place in a single installment on July 1st, using the base date of April 30th, 2024 as a reference. 3R shares will be traded ex-dividends from May 2nd, 2024.

Allos SA (BVMF:)

Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting approved dividends in the amount of R$611.830 million, or R$1.119397330 per share. Payment occurs in two equal installments, the first on May 15th and the second on July 15th, 2024, based on the shareholding position on April 30th, and the shares will be traded “ex-dividends” from May 2nd.

Rumo (BVMF:)

Ordinary General Meeting approved dividends in the total amount of R$170.920 million, or R$0.09240202030 per common share, based on the calculation basis of the shareholding position as of April 30th, and from May 2nd, 2024, the shares will be traded ” ex” dividends. Payment takes place within 60 days from April 30th, without monetary adjustment or interest.

Mater Dei Hospital (BVMF:)

Mater Dei’s Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting approved the distribution of dividends of R$28.417 million, or R$0.07438368273 per share. Payment will take place within 60 days from April 30th, without monetary correction, based on the shareholding position on April 30th. The shares are traded ex-dividends from May 2nd.
