A couple from Rio who loves entertaining friends felt that this 500 m² house in São Paulo would not need to undergo structural modifications to become the home of their dreams. The interior design, designed by Filipe Camargo Estúdio and Cyro. Architecture, managed to seamlessly synthesize everything the duo wanted for their home: timeless, comfortable, casual environments based on original design.

“All the pieces were selected with the couple’s daily life and events in mind”, explain the project’s authors. It was the architecture of the house itself that inspired the decor, in which doses of sophistication and simplicity are masterfully balanced. Also notice how the integration between internal and external areas expanded the spaces and made them even more comfortable for the receptions organized there.

He, who works in the financial market, and she, who is a singer, were very open to the ideas of professionals and accepted all the ideas proposed for the interiors. The light and neutral palette, for example, was chosen to create an elegant contrast with the architecture, which has dark details. “One of the highlights of the project is the contemporary national furniture, with emphasis on pieces by Sergio Rodrigues, Jean Gillon and Gustavo Bittencourt”, they conclude.
