Globo’s six o’clock soap opera, In Rancho Fundo will be overturned by three twists in the next chapters. At least two events will affect Zefa Leonel’s (Andrea Beltrão) family, which will be impacted by tragedy and a reunion with a rival.
The plot written by Mário Teixeira will feature important developments starting this week, which will be marked by the arrival of a new character: Blandina (Luisa Arraes).
A tragedy involving Tico Leonel (Alexandre Nero) will cause concern in the Leonel Limoeiro family. Zefa will reveal a past with Deodora (Debora Bloch).
Tico Leonel suffers serious accident
The twists and turns will begin in this Friday’s episode (26). After Zefa Leonel declares that the family is bankrupt, she will decide to return to mining in search of the much-desired Paraíba tourmaline and will be accompanied by her husband.
However, the cave in which the two will be working will collapse and Tico will be hit, leaving him between life and death. Trapped in place, he will be terrified by the situation.
Desperate, Zefa will manage to rescue him from under the rocks of the cave and take him home. Upon learning what happened, the family will worry and Quinota (Larissa Bocchino) will try to convince her parents to give up the search for tourmaline.
Blandina appears to turn Marcelo’s life around
In the same chapter, Blandina will appear in Salvador. She will appear irritated by the behavior of a client’s husband and decide to set up a plan against the man. She will, however, be detained for extortion.
After falling apart, the vixen will be calmed down by Dracena (Nina Tomsic) and Castorina (Fátima Patrício), but will say that she will flee the city. Soon after, she will end up meeting Marcelo Gouveia (José Loreto).
Blandina will outwit the boy and rob him, then flee. A few chapters later, he will find the young woman and confront her, but the two will end up kissing.
After a setup together, Blandina will be robbed by Marcelo, who will then run away. She, however, won’t let it go and will plan revenge.
Zefa reveals past connection with Deodora
Another surprise will appear in the life of Zefa Leonel in No Rancho Fundo. She will bump into Deodora in Lapão da Beirada and the two will recognize each other in a very tense atmosphere.
In another scene, the matriarch will remember when she was stolen by the shrew and will tell Tico and Tia Salete (Mariana Lima) that she found the woman again. Zefa will even confess to Father Zezo (Nanego Lira) that he is thinking about killing Deodora. The religious man, however, will say that the villain has already been punished a lot.
