Soldier Fellipe Villas will be the target of an administrative process by the Military Police of Espírito Santo for having entered the reality show A Grande Conquista, on TV Record, without authorization from the corporation.

The police officer asked for permission to join the program, but the request was denied. The soldier requested leave in March, but the general command rejected his request for time away and participation in the reality show, which began last Monday (22). Felipe decided to be part of the program’s cast even though he was rejected.

The soldier has been on vacation since the 15th and continues to receive a salary. The Military Police explained that, for loss of income and/or position to occur, it is necessary to go through due legal process with full defense and contradictory. Until this stage is completed, the salary cut can only happen by court order.

Fellipe has been with the PM since 2014. His last salary was paid in March, in the net amount of R$6,227.52. Throughout last year, the soldier would have taken three months of vacation, according to information from the Transparency Portal. The report questioned the Military Police about the 2023 holidays and is awaiting feedback.

The police officer is still not facing a dismissal process. The corporation stressed that he is not yet the target of this type of process, so he is not yet at risk of being fired or expelled from the PM.

Participants will spend at least 19 days confined in the first stage of the program, according to the newspaper Estado de S.Paulo. In total, 100 people – anonymous and famous – will enter a village and, through tests, will be divided into three houses (orange, blue and green). Over the course of 19 days, participants will face tests to convince the public that they deserve to go to the second stage of the reality show: the Mansion.

The report attempts to contact Fellipe Villas’ advisors. The space remains open for demonstrations.
