According to the g1 portal, the request was sent by the Vivendas do Bosque Residents Association (Amobosque) to the 3rd Civil Court of the Barra da Tijuca Region and talks about people walking around in bathing suits in common parts of the condominium, drones capturing images of a neighboring house and sponsorship of bet-type betting houses. The Association alleges that there is an evident exercise of anti-social behavior; there is diversion from residential purpose, that is, the space would be used for commercial purposes; there is damage to the peace and values of that community. In the injunction, the condominium owners ask for the event to be stopped immediately, under penalty of daily fine of R$15 thousand; payment of compensation in the amount of R$ 150 thousand for losses and damages, if the injunction is not judged before the end of the recordings. Mansion 40 degrees did not comment on the process.
