The Association alleges that there is an evident exercise of anti-social behavior; there is diversion from residential purpose, that is, the space would be used for commercial purposes; there is damage to the peace and values ​​of that community. In the injunction, the condominium owners ask for the event to be stopped immediately, under penalty of daily fine of R$15 thousand; payment of compensation in the amount of R$ 150 thousand for losses and damages, if the injunction is not judged before the end of the recordings.
