Former volleyball player Tande, 54 years old, recently recovered from a heart attack, was photographed walking at Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas, in the South Zone of Rio de Janeiro, on Tuesday night (7).
Wearing shorts and a blue t-shirt, and a white cap, the former athlete did not go unnoticed by the photographers who were there as he maintained his health.
Tande was discharged on April 18, five days after suffering a heart attack, with 98% blockage in one artery, 78% in a second and 73% in a third.
In an exclusive interview with Whohe reported how scared he was when he found out about the heart attack.
“It was a shock, because my life has always been very regimented. I never drank, never smoked, never took drugs. I’m an athlete, but that doesn’t mean I get a passport for eternity, I’m people (laughs). I wanted to warn [na rede social] If it happened to me, I take care of myself, and I’m into sports… It’s important that everyone gets a check-up”, he advised.
Recently, Tande celebrated his full recovery after his heart attack. “Already free for everything, to run, work out, work, live. Love life and contemplate God’s beautiful world! It’s going to be a busy week! Thank you, my Father!”, he said on his Instagram page.
