This Sunday (28/4), at 10 am, there are two possibilities: either Sesi Bauru increases the number of Men’s Volleyball Super League cups to two or Campinas leaves Geraldão, in Recife, with an unprecedented title. Regardless of the winner, the ranking of the tournament’s greatest champions will continue to be led by Cruzeiro.

Raposa holds eight Superliga titles. Right behind is Minas, with seven trophies. The extinct Banespa appears in third, with six achievements.

  • Cruzeiro – eight titles
  • Minas – seven titles
  • Banespa – six titles
  • Pirelli – four titles
  • Cimed/Florianópolis – four titles
  • Suzano – three titles
  • Ulbra – three titles
  • Taubaté – two titles

Atlântica, Sesi Bauru, Unisul, Ginástica, Olympikus, Botafogo and RJX have one title each.

The survey takes into account all editions of the national tournament, since 1976, when it was still called Campeonato Brasileiro. Before the Superliga, between 1988 and 1994, the championship was known as the National League.

If you only count the 30 years of the Superliga, Cruzeiro and Minas remain at the top of the list. Raposa won eight trophies from 2012 onwards. The Belo Horizonte club won four editions from 2000 onwards.
