Known worldwide as one of the most iconic surfers of the giant waves of Nazaré, “the biggest wave in the world”, Marcelo Luna He was honored with a vote of Jubilo at the São Paulo City Council for the notable achievements made in his career. He holds representatives for three consecutive years nominated to the Big Wave Awards by the world surfing organization. The initiative came from the councilor George Hato and occurred last Friday night, the 19th.

During the ceremony in recognition of his brilliant career and his notable achievements over the years, in addition to the initiatives to promote the Senna brand projects, the artist Lallalli Senna gave, on behalf of herself and Senna Brands, a sculpture to the surfer Marcelo Luna .

Luna also received a ring made of gold and ruby, making an analogy to NBA rings that mentions the three BWA nominations he had in his career.
