The round of 16 of the men’s category of the 8th TV Tribuna School Basketball Cup begins to be played this Wednesday (3). In total, four matches will be held at the Fefis gym. Tonight’s round starts at 6:45 pm.
The first confrontation pits Monteiro Lobato and EE Professor Francisco Meira face to face. Then, Presidente Kennedy and Santa Inês enter the court.
Later on, it will be the turn of Universitas and Escola Americana de Santos to face each other. Closing the night, Liceu Santista and Carmo face off.
The TV Tribuna School Basketball Cup is an event held by TV Tribuna, a Globo affiliate in Baixada Santista and Vale do Ribeira and organized by the National Sports Association with support from the Sports secretariat of Santos City Hall.
The objective is to encourage the practice of sport, contextualized as an educational instrument, promoting improved quality of life, integration, social and sporting exchange and student fraternization, enabling the emergence of new values in the sport, as well as disseminating and develop your practice in the region.
