Nintendo is still preparing the reveal of its next console, described as a new model of the Nintendo Switch, which means that for now we don’t know anything, just that it will be revealed before April 2025. However, this doesn’t stop fans to scour the entire internet for possible information.

Through Famiboards, users are sharing information found in shipping lists from companies like Nintendo and Nvidia, which has allowed them to discover some interesting facts that could indicate the hardware used to build the Nintendo Switch 2.

As shared by users, the Nintendo Switch 2 will have 12GB of RAM, divided into two 6GB 7500 MT/s LPDDR5 modules, and 256GB of Samsung UFS 3.1 storage, for better reading and writing speeds, which is probably more than expected taking into account the expected increase in the size of games.

This information was discovered when analyzing orders sent by component manufacturers to the main companies involved in the manufacture of the Nintendo Switch 2, but at the moment we still do not have specific or concrete details.

Over the past few months, several rumors have emerged about Nintendo’s next console, such as controls that connect by magnet to the central unit where the 1080p screen is located.
