The cheese considered ‘most expensive in the world’ is produced by the Los Puertos cheese factory and matures for months in the Spanish mountain ranges. In September 2023, the Spanish restaurant ‘Llagar de Colloto’ paid around 30 thousand euros (almost R$ 170 thousand at current prices) for 2.2 kg of the dairy product.
In the last draw, held on Tuesday (23), no one matched the six numbers drawn in competition 2,716. In total, 24 bettors hit five tens and won R$58,527.17. Among these lucky ones, there are three bets made in Belo Horizonte and three more made in the Minas Gerais cities of Carmópolis de Minas, Uberlândia and São João del-Rei. Another 1,750 bets, including 190 from Minas Gerais, matched four tens and will earn R$1,146.65 from the court.
How to play
The minimum Mega-Sena bet costs R$5 and can be placed at lotteries across Brazil or online, until 7pm. Just choose six numbers from 1 to 60. The prize goes to the player who matches the six numbers drawn. It is also possible to win prizes by matching four or five numbers.

Anyone over the age of 18 can bet through Caixa Econômica Federal’s electronic channels. The minimum bet is R$30 and the maximum is R$500. The bet can be paid with Pix, credit and debit cards.
