If there’s a franchise that deserved more recognition, it’s this franchise. ‘Premonition’. And, among the five films released, the second chapter is the one that most needed to be rediscovered, as it functions as a great and underrated sequel to the initial iteration.

In the plot, Kimberly (AJ Cook) has a premonition that a horrible road accident will kill many people, including her and her friends. Frightened by the sight, she stops the car and stops those behind from passing. Soon, a highway police officer arrives and the accident actually happens. Now, death is stalking this group of survivors, and one by one, they are dying as they should: on the road.

  • In the film, a pigeon breaks the window and enters the waiting room of the dentist’s office. According to some superstitions, a bird inside a building means that someone there will die.
  • This disaster has the exception of being the only one in the series in which the order of deaths was reversed, as Death did it to start his list over again – due to one of the victims of Flight 180 still being alive (Claire).
