The Fantastic Four’s participation in a new MCU film ends up being cut by Marvel – find out more.

Fantastic Four, the next film from the Marvel team, is easily one of the most anticipated projects in the MCU, currently scheduled to hit theaters on July 24, 2025.
And after a long time of speculation, recently Marvel Studios finally revealed the official cast of Fantastic Fourwith the actors Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Joseph Quinn It is Ebon Moss-Bachrach.
Filming for the film begins between July and August, and although the team promises to have a long and prosperous future in the MCU, there is one film in which Marvel has already tried to cut the heroes’ participation.
According to the journalist Daniel Richtman0 Fantastic Four no will participate in Avengers 5, scheduled to premiere in 2026. Marvel decided to reduce the team members in the next film, resulting in the team being cut.
Therefore, the Fantastic Four should only interact with the Avengers in Secret Wars, in this case the team’s 6th film, which is scheduled to hit theaters in May 2027.

Marvel Studios is rebooting the Fantastic Four in the cinema, this being the team’s first film to be produced by the studio. The characters have already had three film adaptations, two of which were moderately successful, and one was a failure. The consensus is that no film honored the characters in the way they deserve. Here’s hoping Kevin Feige’s Marvel Studios finally gets it!
Announced in December 2020, the film will be directed by director Matt Shakman, who shone in directing every episode of WandaVision! The script is by Josh Friedman, who wrote the billionaire Avatar: The Way of Water.
Still without an official cast, the film is currently scheduled to hit theaters on July 24, 2025. The film appears to be the official start of Phase 6 of the MCU!
