Corporate Risk Analyst

To be considered able to participate in this selection process and have a chance of getting the job, it will be necessary to fulfill some requirements requested by TSEA Energia. Among them we can mention the need to have a complete higher education, knowledge of the processes that involve risk analysis, in addition to having advanced skills with the programs that make up the office package.

It is of paramount importance that interested professionals have previous experience with Process Mapping and Enterprise Risk Management. Another experience required is analyzing financial and non-financial indicators (KPI, Balance Scorecard, risk and correlation matrix). Finally, this job vacancy requires that the contractors have availability to travel.

Full Project Engineer

If you have completed higher education in Electrical Engineering, know that you will be able to participate in this selection process offered by TSEA Energia. However, other requirements are necessary for the application to be ok.

Thus, in addition to having a diploma, the candidate must have consolidated knowledge in electrical design of power transformers with voltage ≥ 230kV. The company is looking for a professional who has a basic, intermediate or advanced command of English. However, this factor will be considered as a differential in this selection.

Welder Assembler

Among the available job openings, this will also be to work in Contagem, Minas Gerais. The requirements requested by TSEA Energia are that interested parties must be available to work in a 1st and 2nd shift regime. Regarding the professionals’ prior knowledge, it is interesting to have a course in reading and interpreting drawings or a boilermaking course.

In addition, only those who are aware of work with MIG welding, coated electrode and manual torch cutting should participate in this selection process. Now, for those professionals who have in their curriculum knowledge with welds to meet ultrasonic testing, with TIG welding, practice for performing liquid penetrant testing and in crane operation, it will be considered differential items from the other candidates who also are participating in the selection.


To date, TSEA Energia has not stipulated a minimum level of education for candidates who are interested in participating in this selection process. Therefore, as long as you meet the requirements requested below, you will be able to apply. Thus, it is essential that the professional is available to work in a 1st or 2nd shift regime.

As for the knowledge required by the company, candidates must have an understanding of industrial painting work using the conventional method (spray), steel shot blasting process and crane operation.
