The animal was seen by the Globocop team on the roof of a residence. In the images, it is possible to see that the horse occupies the only space on the roof that had not yet been hit by water.
It had two of its paws on one side of the structure and the other two on the opposite side, balancing itself, and any movement could make the animal fall.

The National Civil Defense reported that it is working to save the horse. Several agencies work to rescue animals in areas affected by floods. In Porto Alegre, volunteers search for abandoned animals, and social media pages also publicize the pets found.
The latest bulletin released by the Civil Defense of Rio Grande do Sul informs that 100 people died as a result of the rains. There are still 128 people missing and 372 injured. In total, more than 1.4 million people were affected by the rains. Of these, 163.7 thousand are homeless and 66.7 thousand were taken to shelters.
Rains with volumes above 100 millimeters are expected from this Wednesday (8), with strong winds and a drop in temperature, which could make the situation worse in the State.
