Roraima recorded instability in its broadband internet service this Tuesday (7) after a fiber optic cable broke. This is the seventh time a year where the service is unstable.
The last breakout was on April 2nd. The service began to show instability around 2pm and returned to normal at 3pm.
With the disruption, the connection is slow and unstable, such as problems accessing websites and making bank transactions via cell phone. In addition, telephone operators also reported service instability.
g1 looked for Heyresponsible for providing internet in the state, but until the last update of this article there was no response.
The website of the National Education and Research Network (RNP), which monitors connection traffic information across the country, indicated that fiber instability occurred between Roraima and Amazonas, in addition to affecting other states in Brazil (see below).
