OVehicle registrations soared in Bahia in 2024. In April, 19,625 units were registered, which represents an increase of 11.24% compared to March. Compared to the same month last year, the increase was 40.41%. Over the four months, Bahia has 68,268 registered vehicles, an increase of almost 20% compared to the same period in 2023. The data are from the National Federation of Motor Vehicle Distribution (Fenabrave).
According to the survey, last month, of the 19,625 vehicles registered in the state, 11,374 were motorcycles, which represents almost 58% of the total.

Across the country, vehicle registrations in April registered an increase of 14.4% over March. According to him, according to the entity’s historical data, “this is the best result in the first four months of the year since 2014. If we take the average for the period between 2015 and 2023, the result for 2024 is almost 28% higher”, complete.
