Military personnel from the Minas Gerais Fire Department participated in 187 rescues of people affected by the rains in Rio Grande do Sul this Sunday (5). Dozens of agents from the Minas Gerais corporation have been in the state of Rio Grande do Sul since Thursday (2) to collaborate with local teams. To date, almost 80 people have died and more than 100 people are still missing.
