Another City Council has opened a public competition in Bahia with vacancies at primary and secondary levels

The Municipal Council of Ribeira do Pombal, a municipality located in the Paulo Afonso Region, in the Northeast of Bahia, opened a public competition to fill effective vacancies in positions at primary and secondary levels.

The notice is being organized and executed by the Assege Institute of Administration and Education of Bahia, an entity specialized in providing this type of service.

Four immediate vacancies are offered and a reserve register is created for five other vacancies that may arise within the validity of the competition, distributed as follows:

• Administrative Agent (2 + 1CR)
• Administrative Assistant (1)
• General Services Assistant (1CR)
• Legislative Assistant (1CR)
• Stenographer (1CR)
• Legislative Technician (1 + 1CR)

The remuneration offered varies from R$1,412.00 to R$2,500.00 and the working day can be 20, 30 or 40 hours per week, depending on the position. The notice provides for the reservation of 5% of vacancies in each position for people with disabilities (PwD).

Registrations

Registration will open this Monday, May 6th, and will close on the 20th. Interested parties must access the organizer’s website to guarantee participation.

The registration fee is R$73 for the fundamental level position and R$94 for the secondary level positions. Registered in the Single Registry for Social Programs of the Federal Government (CadÚnico), who are members of low-income families, will be able to request exemption from paying the fee on May 6th and 7th.

Selection

The selection of candidates for all positions will be through an objective test, with application scheduled for June 9th. The exam will consist of 40 questions on Portuguese Language, Mathematics, Computer Knowledge (for some positions) and General Knowledge/Current Affairs.

The publication of the final results of the Ribeira do Pombal Chamber competition is scheduled for June 27th.

The competition will be valid for two years, counting from the approval of the result, with the possibility of renewal once, for the same period, at the discretion of the municipal administration.
