Fundtur-MS (Mato Grosso do Sul Tourism Foundation) will present the State’s tourist attractions at the AdventureELEVATE conference, in Quito, Ecuador.
The event takes place from May 6th to 8th and will bring together the main protagonists of tourism in the Americas. Operators, travel consultants, councils and representatives of international tourism will also be presented.
According to the CEO of the MS Tourism Foundation, Bruno Wendling, Mato Grosso do Sul is the only Brazilian destination present in this type of event.
“This is the eighth year in a row that we have participated in ecotourism events with the largest and one of the most important adventure tourism associations in the world, ATTA (Adventure Travel Trade Association). MS is the only Brazilian destination present in all these events representing our country and this year we will be together with Embratur”, he pointed out.
Still according to Wendling, this is an opportunity for more operators to “sell” the State.
“In addition, we will be one of the main supporters with the right to speak, present our destinations and participate in the marketplace, which is a moment for a presentation round with international buyers and press. We hope to bring even more operators to sell our State and put our products on the shelf”, he commented, adding that on that occasion there will be a special announcement about Mato Grosso do Sul.
Event – AdventureELEVATE allows the construction and maintenance of commercial relationships that have an impact on increasing the state’s tourist flow.
The event is an annual three-day conference aimed at media, tour operators and adventure travel leaders. Keynote speakers present relevant industry topics.
