The construction of the Riacho Fundo II Early Childhood Education Center, led by Companhia Urbanizadora da Nova Capital do Brasil (Novacap), is practically completed and is now undergoing cleaning and touch-up services. Located at QN 12, Parque do Riacho, the school occupies an area of 3,842.29 m², with a built area of 3,014.84 m². The investment in the work totals R$ 12,031,869.90.
“Our objective is to deliver public equipment that not only meets infrastructure needs, but also offers a welcoming, accessible and safe environment for children. We are proud to reach this final stage and ready to deliver a space that makes a difference to local families”said the president of Novacap, Fernando Leite.
The building has two floors, with 14 activity rooms, a computer laboratory, a resource room, a toy library, an auditorium and a multipurpose space, as well as other facilities for pedagogical and administrative support. To promote accessibility and safety, access ramps, sidewalks, playgrounds, adapted toilets, among other facilities, were built in accordance with the NBR 9050 standard.
“The completion of this work represents our team’s commitment to providing the community with modern and accessible public equipment. Novacap is committed to delivering projects that directly benefit the population”highlighted Novacap’s Director of Buildings, Carlos Alberto Spies.
“Local families are certainly being presented with the delivery of this unit, since, in addition to educational gains, it can also serve as an educational reference center in the community, promoting local development, strengthening community ties and encouraging active participation. of residents in the education of their children”emphasized the Secretary of Education, Hélvia Paranaguá.
