TRE/AL

The traveling bus from the Regional Electoral Court of Alagoas (TRE/AL) also participates, this Saturday (04), from 9am to 4pm, in the first Pop Rua Jud joint effort, an event that will offer various services to homeless people. Organized by the Federal Court in Alagoas, the action will take place at Praça Deodoro, in the center of Maceió.

The initiative meets a determination by the National Council of Justice (CNJ), which establishes the National Judicial Policy for Attention to Homeless People and its intersectionalities.

“PopRuaJud is a practice that has established itself as a reference for the homeless population. Interinstitutional integration and synergy make it possible to reduce bureaucracy and facilitate access to Justice and essential public services”, stated the president of the TRE of Alagoas, judge Klever Rêgo Loureiro.

Participation in the collective effort is the third initiative of the Electoral Court of Alagoas, this year, aimed exclusively at people living on the streets and socially vulnerable. In April, the TRE traveling bus was at Centros Pop I and II, in Maceió, and benefited dozens of people.

Integration between institutions

During the event, homeless residents will be able to regularize documents, such as voter registration cards, identity cards, work cards, CPF and duplicate birth certificates, request social benefits, obtain information about rights and participate in cultural and recreational activities. .

The initiative has the participation of the Public Defender’s Office, Federal Court of Alagoas (JFAL), Court of Justice of the State of Alagoas (TJ/AL), Regional Labor Court (TRT), Regional Electoral Court (TER), State Public Ministry of Alagoas (MP/AL), Brazilian Bar Association – Alagoas Section (OAB), Federal Revenue, Caixa Econômica Federal, Institute of Identification, Cesmac, Maceió City Hall, State Government, Consultório na Rua, Instituto Transformar (Banho Solidário ), Military Police, Municipal Guard, Red Cross, Union of Lawyers of the State of Alagoas (Sindav) and the National Street Population Movement (MNPR).
