The company MRV&CO announced the opening of the selection process for its 2024 Trainee Program.
To compete for one of the five vacancies, distributed in the Real Estate Development, Corporate Production, Luggo, Commercial, Credit and Marketing departments, interested parties can register here at this link until May 8th.
The company is looking for professionals with up to 5 years of graduation and mobility to work in any of the more than 100 Brazilian cities in which it operates. In Rio Grande do Sul, the group is present in Porto Alegre, Canoas, São Leopoldo, Novo Hamburgo, Gravataí, Canoas, Sapucaia do Sul, Viamão and Caxias do Sul.
There is no restriction regarding the area of training of the higher education course, nor is there any need for fluency in English or previous experience in leadership positions.
The selection process will be carried out remotely, with CV screening stages, tests, dynamics and interviews with managers and directors from each area.
Those approved will undergo a training program at MRV&CO Headquarters, in Belo Horizonte, in a development journey lasting eight months. The trainee will also receive a remuneration of R$7,000.
