General Delegate of the Civil Police of Mato Grosso do Sul carries out structural changes in the administration of the institution

The Official Gazette of the State of Mato Grosso do Sul today, 04/30, brought changes to the administrative structure of the Civil Police of Mato Grosso do Sul. The changes to the names of the department directors and also the deputy General Delegate were published in the Ordinance “P” DGPC/MS nº 256, dated April 29, 2024.

The General Delegate, Lupérsio Degerone Lucio, based the changes on the need to adapt the staff to the demands of the institution, always aiming for the public interest. The ordinance determines the “ex-officio” removal, in the interest of the Administration, of several civil servants, based on item I, article 85, of Complementary Law nº 114/2005 and subsequent amendments.

As Deputy General Delegate, Lupérsio chose delegate Márcio Rogério Faria Custódio, who previously held the position of Ombudsman. Delegate Rôzeman Geise Rodrigues de Paula, former Deputy General Delegate, now manages the Civil Police Academy (Acadepol).

– Devair Aparecido Francisco, Special Police Delegate, from the Civil Police Academy/MS to the Police Intelligence Department/MS.
– Edilson dos Santos Silva, Special Police Delegate, from the Specialized Police Department/MS for the Capital Police Department/MS.
– Ivan Barreira, Special Police Delegate, from the Civil Police/MS General Police Office for the Specialized Police Department/MS.
– Jairo Carlos Mendes, Special Police Delegate, from the Department of Police Resources and Support/MS for the Interior Police Department/MS.
– Márcio Rogério Faria Custódio, Special Police Delegate, from the Civil Police/MS Ombudsman’s Office to the Civil Police/MS General Police Office.
– Marcos Takeshita, Special Police Delegate, from the Personnel Management Department/MS to the Police Resources and Support Department/MS.
– Wellington de Oliveira, Special Police Delegate, from the Capital/MS Police Department for the Civil Police Ombudsman/MS.
– Nilson Fonseca Martins, Special Police Delegate, from the Legal Advisory/MS for the Personnel Management Department/MS.
– Odorico Ribeiro de Mendonça e Mesquita, Special Police Delegate, from the Police Intelligence Department/MS for the Traffic Inspectorate/MS.

According to the General Delegate – Lupérsio Degerone Lucio, “These changes aim to optimize the performance of the Civil Police, adapting human resources to the specific needs of each unit, always in search of efficiency and excellence in the service provided to the society of southern Mato Grosso. gross”.
