Uarini (AM) – Aldhenny Gomes Pinedo, 33, and Francineide Ferreira Soares, 44, were arrested red-handed on Saturday (27), with drugs valued at R$20,000. The arrests took place in a house in the Novo neighborhood, municipality of Uarini, in the interior of Amazonas.
According to delegate Jailton Santos Junior, from the 58th DIP of Uarini, the investigations began after complaints about the sale of drugs in the locality. As a result, it was represented by the search and seizure of the residence.
“When we arrived at the property, we came across the two women and, with them, 420 grams of drugs were seized, including cocaine, base paste and crack, valued at R$20,000,” he said.
According to the delegate, a precision scale, 11 cell phones and a motorcycle were also found.
“The main target of the investigation fled when we arrived home. That’s why we will continue with the investigations to locate him, as he is also responsible for robberies and cell phone thefts that happen in the city”, he said.
Aldhenny Gomes Pinedo and Francineide Ferreira Soares will be charged with drug trafficking and association with drug trafficking. They were presented to the custody hearing and the Court converted the arrest into preventive arrest. They will be available to the courts.
