Alexandre Ferreira, director of the Secretariat of Economic Reforms, states that around half of daily transactions come from these interactions.
So far, it is estimated that 14 million Brazilians have already taken advantage of the opportunity to renegotiate around 50 billion reais in debt. Initially, the government expected the program to reach around 30 million citizens, offering discounts that, on average, reach 83%, with options to pay in full or in installments, under certain conditions, for up to 60 months.

Regarding the payment method, the majority chose installments, representing 56%, with an average installment value of R$1,013.
