After a week marked by heavy rain, activated sirens and the risk of landslides and flooding, the weather is expected to be cloudy to partially cloudy until Sunday (28), in Salvador.
According to information from the Civil Defense of Salvador (Codesal), this Saturday (27), there is a 70% chance of rain, which could fall at any time and a 60% chance on Sunday, also at any time of the day. Temperatures should vary between 25°C and 30°C.
According to the National Institute of Meteorology (Inmet), there are chances of rain showers and isolated thunderstorms throughout the weekend in the capital of Bahia.
According to the Institute of the Environment and Water Resources (Inema), on Saturday, in the Chapada Diamantina region and the extreme south of the state, the weather will open and there will be sun between clouds and the possibility of isolated rain showers.
On the coast and part of the northeast region, there will be light to moderate rainfall. The highest volumes of rain are expected to occur during the early hours and morning.
On Sunday, rain is expected, but less intense, in the coastal and northeast regions of the state. On the lower-south coast, the weather will vary in cloudiness, with the possibility of light to moderate rain showers throughout the day. In other regions, the weather will have clear skies and a predominance of firm weather throughout the entire period.
