The City Hall of Retirolândia, in Bahia, announced the opening of a public selection process with the aim of providing vacancies and forming a reserve list for the position of Community Health Agent.
The process is managed by BRB Assessoria e Concursos Ltda, which will be responsible for executing and organizing the various phases of the competition.
The notice only offers one vacancy for immediate hiring, however, a reserve register is being created for possible future hiring in 33 health micro-areas, at the headquarters, districts and rural areas of the municipality.
For candidates of African descent (black and brown), 20% of the vacancies to be filled in each position will be allocated, and for people with disabilities (PwD), there is a provision for reserving 5% of the positions open for reserve registration.
To compete, you must have completed high school and reside in the micro-area specified in the notice. The remuneration for the advertised positions is R$2,824.00 and the working hours are 40 hours per week.
Registrations
Registration for the public selection process must be made exclusively online, through the BRB Assessoria website. The deadline began this Wednesday, April 24th, and will end on May 7th, 2024.
The registration fee was set at R$75.00. The competition provides exemption from the registration fee for two specific groups: candidates registered in the Single Registry for Social Programs of the Federal Government and members of low-income families, in addition to bone marrow donors. The deadline ends this Thursday (25).
Selection
The selection of candidates will be carried out through an objective test of a classificatory and eliminatory nature. The application is scheduled for May 26th. Candidates must answer 40 questions on Portuguese Language, Mathematics and Logical Reasoning, General Knowledge and Municipal Legislation and Specific Knowledge.
Those classified in the test must prove their residence to take the introductory initial and continuing training course. Once the qualification has been completed, they must take admission exams to assess their physical and mental aptitude.
The selection process is valid for two years, counting from the approval of the final result, and can be extended for an equal period, according to the need and criteria of the Municipal Administration.

According to the 2022 Demographic Census from the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE), the population of Retirolândia is approximately 13.6 thousand inhabitants.
The municipality is located in the Conceição do Coité Region, approximately 250 kilometers from Salvador.
