The Mixed and Constitution, Justice and Writing Committees (CCJ) of the Parliament of Goiás met, on the afternoon of this Wednesday, 24th, in an extraordinary way, to consider matters. Of the projects on the agenda, six received the green light from the committees.

Constitution, Justice and Writing Committee (CCJ)

The CCJ meeting was attended by the Secretary of State for Sports and Leisure of Goiás, Rudson Rosa Guerra, who invited parliamentarians to attend the final of the men’s volleyball Superliga B, held on this date, at the Ginásio Goiânia Arena, from from 8 p.m.

According to Guerra, this is “a historic moment for volleyball in Goiás”, because two state teams, Saneago Goiás Vôlei and Neurologia Ativa, participate in the dispute, with guaranteed access to the main Superliga.

The deputies also evaluated the secretary’s performance at the head of the department and presented demands from the area. One of the questions, asked by Bia de Lima (PT), was regarding the underutilization of the arena: “These are resources from the Federal Government that came and, there is a small pool and another abandoned there, without the investments applied”. It is necessary, she added, to attract young people to enjoy the space.

Amauri Ribeiro (UB), in turn, praised the restructuring of the Secretariat carried out by Guerra “so that it works”, and congratulated the secretary for his knowledge of the department he has, for analyzing each bill that passes through the Secretariat of State for Sport and Leisure.

Dr. Zeli (UB) and Issy Quinan (MDB) also praised Guerra’s work. Antônio Gomide (PT), said that it would be interesting to promote a public hearing to address the issue of sports gymnasiums that need renovations and added that partnerships with city halls and renovations of gymnasiums, based on counterparts, would be two of the possibilities for that.

Charles Bento (MDB) also called for measures that would allow two local fans to go to the same stadium. “The use of biometrics and facial recognition are actions that would make this possible. I would like to go back to the Serra Dourada Stadium with two fans, where I can go with my brother who supports Goiás and I support Vila Nova. To achieve this, We need to have security,” he said.

Guerra agreed with the deputy and stated that measures will be taken, because “since the State has the best military police in the country”, there is no reason why games can only take place with only fans. The parliamentarian highlighted that the department is open to parliamentary demands and demands.

After the discussion, the panel put two proposals under consideration. The first, coming from the State Governor’s Office, filed under no. 8511/24which deals with the forwarding of agreements, had a vote hampered due to a request for a review by deputy Antônio Gomide.

The second matter placed on the agenda, number 8670/24, aims to grant a Goiana Citizenship Title to Mr. João Batista Gomes Moreira. The article was authored by deputy Virmondes Cruvinel (UB) and was reported by Colonel Adailton (Solidarity), with a favorable opinion accepted by the collegiate.

Mixed Commission

The Joint Committee had five proposals approved. Among them, the institution of fuel policy. Registered with Alego under no. 8703/24the matter was reported by deputy Rosângela Rezende (Agir), with a favorable opinion approved unanimously.

Also authored by the state Executive Branch, the favorable opinion of deputy Charles Bento (MDB) to bill no. 8246/24, which authorizes the Executive Branch of the State of Goiás to acquire real estate through a costly donation from the municipality of Goianira. The matter received requests for review from deputies Major Araújo (PL), Colonel Adailton (Solidarity), Bia de Lima (PT) and Delegate Eduardo Prado (PL), with feedback without demonstrations.

Favorably reported by deputy Lineu Olimpio (MDB), process no. 8496/24in turn, received a separate vote from deputy Coronel Adailton (Solidarity), with rejection from the Government leader, deputy Talles Barreto (UB), accepted by the members of the collegiate.

Sent by the state Executive branch, the matter aims to regulate the Social Support Program (PAS), aimed at civil servants, military personnel, active and inactive, pensioners and public employees in the State of Goiás, as well as their dependents. The program proposes a reduction in co-participation amounts for employees and their dependents in cases of treatment of chronic and costly illnesses, as well as high-cost medication, after the socioeconomic assessment of the family nucleus.

Still from the State Governor’s Office, project no. 8501/24 was approved by the collegiate. The matter deals with the regulation of monthly financial compensation resulting from the lack of payment of the monthly fee for the basic comfort standard of Ipasgo Saúde for retired civil servants and pensioners, whose earnings or benefits were granted until the entry into force of Constitutional Amendment nº 16, of 12 March 1997.

This is because, according to the text reported by Issy Quinan (MDB), the original wording of § 82 of art. 154 of the Constitution of the State of Goiás provided that inactive or retired public servants, pensioners and their dependents would be exempt from mandatory social security contributions, without losing the right to benefits provided by the social security body. The change in the Constitution, however, revoked this provision.

Thus, the mentioned segments would be subject to mandatory contributions to the social security body remunerated by state public coffers. With the proposed measure, the monthly transfer to Ipasgo Saúde of the total amount due to cover basic health services will be allowed.

Projects no. 8635/23 It is 8798/23, authored by President Bruno Peixoto (UB), referred to the Joint Committee. The first matter grants the municipality of Jandaia the title of State Capital of Paragliding. Reported by deputy Colonel Adailton, the matter was approved by the members of the collegiate.

The second matter mentioned, however, had a vote hampered due to a request for review requested by the Government leader, deputy Talles Barreto. The matter changes the law that deals with the career plan and remuneration of the permanent staff of the State Secretariat for Social Development (Seds) and was reported by deputy Amauri Ribeiro (UB), with an opinion for the host.
