Registration open for the 3rd FAPDF Science, Technology and Innovation Award

The Federal District Research Support Foundation (FAPDF) is accepting applications for the 3rd FAPDF Science, Technology and Innovation Award (CTI), which in this edition will invest a total of R$ 157 thousand in awards. During the ceremony, scheduled for November, volume 3 of the Scientific Dialogue Journal will be launched, which brings together 50 projects promoted by the foundation in the last year.

The FAPDF CTI Award encourages and recognizes researchers, public servants and high school students from the Federal District and the Integrated Development Region of the Federal District and Surroundings (Ride) who have stood out in creating projects and research work with significant potential for the scientific, technological and innovative development of the DF and surrounding areas. An initiative that also encourages and rewards communication professionals who publicize projects and actions on scientific and technological research in the region’s media.

“FAPDF’s initiatives are aligned with the Federal District Government’s guidelines to transform Brasília into a smart city. We actively collaborate in this, investing in research projects that qualify the socioeconomic development of Brazilian society. The FAPDF Award is an outstanding example of work that directly benefits the population of the DF and the surrounding area”, highlights the director-president of FAPDF, Marco Antônio Costa Júnior.
