Judge Ricardo de Oliveira Paes Barreto, president of the Court of Justice of Pernambuco (TJPE)announced the creation of the “Walk of Fame” of the Judiciary.
Still being formulated, the idea was inspired by the Hollywood work of the same name, however, instead of artists, there will be names and hands of all TJPE presidents still alive.
“We only saw it in Hollywood, at Maracanã”, observed Barreto, during an interview with presenter João Alberto, from TV Jornal, which aired on Saturday 20th. “It will be something very beautiful, an attraction for tourists, jurists, for everyone who visits our city.”
According to Barreto, the Pernambuco replica of the Walk of Fame aims to “attract tourists”.
Description of the Walk of Fame
During the interview, Barreto spoke a little more about the proposal. “Instead of being the feet, we are going to register the hands, which are our working instruments, of all the presidents who are alive,” he said. “It will be something very beautiful, an attraction.”
Barreto did not detail, however, what the cost of the initiative will be or when the work will be completed, nor the format of the structure, which should be similar to the original project that inspired its future existence.
