The Commerce Social Service (Sesc) is open for registration for the accreditation of artists, groups, agents and artistic-cultural collectives for Sesc Maranhão’s cultural programs throughout the year, as well as for Balaio de Sotaques’ 2024 agenda. The notices are available at www.sescma.com.br/editais/
For the culture notice, interested parties can register until this Wednesday (03) by email [email protected], with the following reference: registration + name of the proponent, including the documentation requested for each proposal.
Individuals and legal entities can participate in the accreditation. The required documents are:
Physical person: Artistic-cultural proposal signed by the proponent; Artistic portfolio/resume; Declaration of absence of kinship; Proof of e-Social Registration Qualification Consultation; Copy of Identity Card; Copy of CPF; Copy of NIT/PIS/PASEP and updated proof of residence (valid for the last three months).
Legal person: Artistic-cultural proposal signed by the proponent; Portfolio/Artistic CV; Declaration of Absence of Relation; Document proving the relationship of the person responsible for registration; In cases of Legal Entities representing third parties, send a document proving the relationship; Copy of CNPJ; Copy of the FGTS Regularity certificate (not mandatory for MEI) and
Copy of Clearance Certificate for Federal Taxes and Active Union Debt.
The partial result of the accreditation will be published on May 3rd and the final result on May 10th on the website /www.sescma.com.br/editais/credenciamento-resultados/. The notice may be extended for another year, from the date of publication of the result.
Accent Basket 2024 – The accreditation notice for Sesc’s June program is open for registration until April 5th. Groups of Bumba meu boi, Quadrilha, Cacuriá, Tambor de Crioula, Dança do Lelê, Dança do Coco, Dança Portuguesa and alternative dances and groups, artists and musical groups can compete.
Individuals over the age of 18, Legal Entities under private law, of a cultural nature, with or without profit, and Individual Microentrepreneurs (MEI), with experience in the field of culture and arts, may register.
Registration can be made via email: [email protected], with the following reference: registration + name of the proponent. Documentation must be sent via a single email or in a single file/Drive (as long as the file is authorized for access), according to the documentation listed below:
- Physical person: Artistic-cultural proposal, Portfolio with history, links to internet channels for viewing the artistic work, clipping and images of the group; Competitor’s artistic CV; Absence of kinship; Proof of e-Social Registration Qualification Consultation. Copy of Identity Card; Copy of CPF; Copy of NIT/PIS/PASEP and updated proof of residence (valid for the last three months).
- Legal person: Artistic-cultural proposal, Portfolio with history, links to internet channels for viewing the artistic work, clipping and images of the group; Competitor’s artistic CV; Absence of kinship; Sound technician rider in the case of musical presentations and shows; List with a repertoire of songs to be performed, containing titles and names of the respective composers for ECAD payment purposes (for groups that will use music); Document proving the relationship of the person responsible for registration; In cases of Legal Entities representing third parties, send a document proving the relationship; Copy of CNPJ (updated); Copy of the updated FGTS Regularity certificate (not mandatory for MEI) and Copy of the Federal Tax Clearance and Union Active Debt certificate (updated).
Accredited proposals for Balaio de Sotaques 2024 will be officially published on May 10, 2024, on the page www.sescma.com.br/editaisdecredenciamento/resultados
