Notice of Simplified Selection Process No. 007/2024 Sesc-DR/AC Guiomard Senator Unit

O COMMERCE SOCIAL SERVICE – REGIONAL DEPARTMENT IN THE STATE OF ACRE – SESC-DR/AC, is a private, non-profit entity, linked to the union system (art. 240 of the Federal Constitution), registered with the CNPJ under no. 03.616.827/0001-12, created, maintained and managed by the goods trade business , services and tourism, with the purpose of providing education, health, assistance, culture and leisure services to workers in the trade of goods, services and tourism and similar activities. As an institution of Private rightto fill vacancies in its staff, Sesc carries out a Selection Process respecting civil rights. Therefore, it is not a public tender. The hiring regime is CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws – CLT), therefore it does not guarantee stability to those approved, except in cases provided for by law.

Sesc-DR/AC makes public the completion of the Simplified Selection Process no 007/2024to fill vacancy(s) for a specified periodsubject to the conditions established in this Notice.

1. OBJECTIVE

1.1. The purpose of this Simplified Selection Process is to recruit and select candidates for hiring for a fixed period for the Senador Guiomard (AC) unit, subject to compliance with the conditions contained in this Notice.
1.2. The candidate(s) approved in all stages of the Simplified Selection Process will be called in
function of the existing vacancy(s) and in accordance with the needs of Sesc-DR/AC, following the order of
classification, to sign an Individual Employment Contract, which will be governed by the precepts of the CLT, subject to
also to the internal rules of Sesc-DR/AC.
