Azulão seeks the trophy to continue in the fight for a place in the 2025 Copa do Brasil
This Tuesday (2), CSA concluded preparations for the second leg of the Copa Alagoas final against Penedense. The match takes place this Wednesday (3), at 8pm, at the Alfredo Leahy Stadium. With a 1-1 draw in the first match, Azulão needs to win to guarantee the title. In the event of a new tie, the champion will be decided on penalties.
If they win the title, Azulão will compete for a place in the 2025 Copa do Brasil with CSE, third place in the Alagoano Championship.
Goalkeeper Yuri Sena recovered from a knee injury, returned to training with the squad at CT Gustavo Paiva and could become an option for coach Cristian de Souza. Goalkeeper Deivity and striker Alisson Farias are still injured and are missing for CSA.
If you opt for the same lineup as in the first match, coach Cristian de Souza must enter the field with: Fernando Castro; Lucas Marques, Almir Luan, Eduardo Biazus and Erik; Marlon, Juninho Valoura, Marcinho and Gustavo Xuxa; Marquinhos and Tiago Marques.

CSA in the Alagoas Cup
Azulão finished the first phase in second place in group B of the Alagoas Cup with 12 points won. In the knockout stage, they eliminated Murici in the semi-final and advanced to the final.
