Thirty-seven small manufacturers of shoes, bags and accessories from Vale do Sinos and Serra Gaúcha will be present at Estação Moda RS on the 31st SICC – International Leather and Footwear Exhibition –, from May 14th to 16th, at Serra Park, in Gramado/RS. The number is the same as the 2023 edition, and some companies are making their debut at the fair. Together, they will occupy a collective stand with an area of ​​one thousand square meters, of which 531 square meters will be dedicated to displaying products and serving retailers.

The collective stand is coordinated by Sebrae RS, with the institutional partnership of ACI-NH/CB/EV/DI and the Union of Footwear and Artifacts Industries of Farroupilha and the financial support of the city councils of Novo Hamburgo, Estância Velha and Sapiranga.

“SICC is a fair that traditionally provides good results for participating companies”, says the fashion project manager at Sebrae RS, Aliana Maciel. In the 2023 edition, business totaled R$8.44 million.

Structure

The stand will be located in the same space and will have the standard layout of the latest editions of SICC, with LED screens at the entrance and receptionists with data collectors. Inside, companies will be identified by their logo and there will be English-Portuguese and Spanish-Portuguese translators available, as well as space with coffee, water, notebook and printer for common use. Before the fair, all companies will receive prior consultancy on product display and customer service.

Access to new markets

Present at the main Brazilian leather and footwear fairs, Estação Moda RS aims to promote access to markets for micro and small companies from Rio Grande do Sul that manufacture footwear, bags and artifacts through collective participation, strengthening footwear hubs in Rio Grande do Sul and boosting brands.
