PGE-AM begins joint effort to agree on Civil Police promotions

Another group of agreements promoted by the 1st Chamber for the Prevention and Administrative Resolution of Conflicts (CPRAC), of the State Attorney General’s Office (PGE-AM), began this Monday (1st/04). This time, the target audience is investigators, clerks and experts from the Civil Police. The proposal is to carry out the promotion for the Class indicated in BIC 02-E/2022-GDG/PC or BIC 03-E/2022-GDG/PC.

“It’s an opportunity to accelerate these promotions. So that they can be granted soon. It is an open door of communication between administrators and administration”, highlights the coordinator of the 1st CPRAC, Attorney Élida de Lima Reis Correa.

The functional effects of the agreements signed in the joint effort start from January 1, 2024 and the financial effects from the first day of the month following that of judicial approval. The same deal is offered to both those who already have a lawsuit and those who do not.

Retired criminal expert Moisés de Freitas was one of those who signed an agreement on that first day of the joint effort. He praised the service and highlighted the importance of the service. “We are in a situation where promotion processes are pending and if this possibility exists, whoever can really benefit should take advantage,” said Moisés.

The collective effort continues until next Friday (04/05), always from 9am to 12pm, on the 4th floor of the Euza Maria Naice de Vasconcelos Civil Forum, Aleixo.
