The party’s two biggest names are no longer in the toucan’s nest; Leonel Pavan, deputy governor, senator and governor for the PSDB, left the party last year. And now, the former senator, vice-governor Paulo Bauer has also canceled his membership.
Last week, when the cancellation of registration was formalized, it was former interim president Rogério Pacheco, re-elected mayor of Concórdia.
Bauer left emphasizing that he has no resentment or resentment towards the leaders, affiliated leaders. On the contrary, he highlighted the support received during 20 years of activism.
In recent years, he has dedicated himself to the private sector, as president of the company Porto Brasil Sul, part of the Schneider (Ciser) group, in Joinville.
He considers it essential to stay out of politics in the next municipal elections, as he would not be able to meet the demands of supporters and friends, with political activity or even other contributions.
The future is undefined. At this moment, he is not thinking about new affiliation, although there are already several invitations.
