Two men suspected of homicides were arrested during a joint operation by the Civil Police of Paraíba, through the Homicide Unit of the 23rd Sectional Police Station and the Tactical Force of the 8th Independent Military Police Company (CIPM) of Juazeirinho, in Cariri da Paraíba. Two arrest warrants were served, one preventive and the other temporary, in the region.
The first is suspected of being the author of numerous crimes in the Juazeirinho region. According to the Police, the accused was hiding at his mother-in-law’s residence.
When executing the warrant, the police also found 8 gas cylinders and around five liters of gasoline, in addition to a huge amount of copper, which is why the owner of the residence was arrested for selling petroleum derivatives in violation of legal regulations. and regulatory and reception.
The temporary arrest warrant was for another man, suspected of being the author of an attempted murder. When executing the warrant, the police also found a 12-gauge shotgun with one ammunition and a 38-caliber revolver with five ammunition. He will also be charged with illegal possession of a firearm.
