A plane crashed this Sunday morning (28) in Bairro Monjolinho, rural area of ​​Itapeva (MG). According to the Fire Department, five people died and two are missing.

Still according to the Fire Department, the plane crashed at around 10:36 am, but, before falling, the aircraft disintegrated in the air. Among the missing is a child. Firefighters reported that the pilot is from Belo Horizonte (MG).

Residents reported that it rained heavily this Sunday morning in Itapeva.

According to data from the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC), the PS-MTG registration aircraft was manufactured in 1996 by Piper Aircraft, is registered as a private air service aircraft and does not have permission to perform air taxis. She was in normal airworthiness status.

The Civil Police reported that they are on site for regular work. The Aeronautical Accident Investigation and Prevention Center (CENIPA) was called in and must carry out the work. So far there is no precise information about the circumstances of the accident and victims.
