The employees were suspicious of the woman’s behavior and the appearance of the elderly man, who was in a wheelchair, and called the police. A video made by bank attendants that went viral shows that Érika he tried to keep his “uncle’s” head straight, using his hand as support.

The autopsy examination report was released on April 17, by the IML. According to the document, Paulo died as a result of bronchoaspiration of stomach contents and heart failure, compatible with that of a previously ill man. However, experts are still awaiting the results of toxicological tests to confirm whether external factors could indicate homicide. The report did not indicate whether the elderly man died before arriving at the bank or at the scene.
