Tocantins News – Governor Wanderlei Barbosa (Repu) met this Monday (29/4), at Palácio Araguaia, with all state management secretaries to align new strategies in the governance plan.
The meeting was also attended by presidents and directors of agencies linked to the state public administration to evaluate the activities being carried out throughout the State.
During the meeting, the governor highlighted the importance of maintaining a constant dialogue with all departments, aiming at the integration of actions and closer monitoring of the activities carried out in each sector. “It is essential that we are aligned and aware of the initiatives underway in all areas of the State Government. These meetings provide us with a more detailed overview of what is being done and allow for necessary adjustments and improvements.“, declared Wanderlei Barbosa.
New phase of management
According to the government, this Monday’s meeting marked the beginning of a new phase in state management, with the proposal to transform these meetings into periodic events. The governor’s guidance aims not only to monitor the progress of actions already underway, but also to encourage the exchange of information and experiences between departments, enabling more efficient and integrated management. Furthermore, the measure demonstrates the commitment of the Government of Tocantins to ensuring transparency and effectiveness in the execution of public policies.
On the occasion, each secretariat presented a brief report on ongoing activities and projects under development, providing a comprehensive view of the government panorama. Issues such as investments, advances and challenges were discussed, aiming to continuously improve government actions for the benefit of the population. The governor’s determination is to promote participatory and transparent management, aimed at the well-being and progress of the State.
