Cleansing the mind: where to start?

You know that answer you didn’t give? Well, he saved a little bit. Furthermore, you know that assumption you had in your head, because of someone else’s attitude? Well, he saved another little piece. You know that unresolved situation that you were left ruminating about? In fact, a handful of shards. You only realize it when you reach your limit, because you carry all these pieces without realizing it; without stopping to analyze yourself.

Responsibility to you

Stop, breathe, meditate every day, look at the pieces you carried and let them go. Heal those who are yours; those who are in his wounds. Healing only comes when we clean the wound; when we look at it and face the pain. Leaving the wound there and pretending it doesn’t exist only makes it grow. When you look again, it could be much worse.

A good exercise to notice these little bits and clean your mind is to write: notice how you are feeling and let it out. Every day look at the pieces. Clean your mental house. Your mind is the space you inhabit; Don’t let rubbish accumulate.
