Maya Massafera returned to social media and shared photos of herself after the gender transition process. With a stylish look and super long hair, the content creator presented her new identity to the world. “Pleasure, Maya!” she said in the caption of the post. According to information from columnist Felipeh Campos, Maya underwent a comprehensive feminization process to soften previously masculine features. In addition, she had silicone implants and underwent voice feminization surgery with a transgender specialist considered one of the pioneers in the medical technique.

Maya Massafera changed silicone prosthesis

Months after getting silicone implants, Maya needed to undergo another surgery to be able to enlarge her prosthesis. According to information from journalist Leo Dias, the procedure was within the influencer’s planning, as trans women usually have small breasts implanted in the first operation.

In the case of Maya Massafera, the first time, “200 ml of silicone were placed, and in the new intervention, approximately 400 ml”, says the journalist.
