The Três Lagoas City Council approved this Tuesday, April 2, a salary increase of 6.79% for municipal public servants.

The Project was presented by the Municipal Administration and foresees an adjustment above inflation, which was 4.62% in the period.

The Project was based on meetings between the Union of Municipal Public Servants -SSPM and representatives of the City Hall since 2023. As proposed by the Union, if inflation for the period was lower than 6.79% – which is one of the portions of the salary floor for the category of Education – there would be a supplement to reach the approved value, as actually happened.

The adjustment was taken up for discussion at the general staff meeting and approved by around 90% of those present.

On the other hand, the municipal Administration and the Servers Union have been working together for more than 4 years on the Positions, Career and Salary Plan – PCCS.

It is another great achievement for the civil servants, as most salaries are out of date. This work is monitored by specialized technical consultants.

The Municipal Public Administration took the opportunity to congratulate the members of the Union and the municipal public servants who, over the last seven years, achieved great achievements regarding the appreciation of public servants in Três Lagoas.
