Former BBBs Pipoca cannot do any type of advertising on their own until July, all advertising offers have to be passed through the broadcaster, so that the responsible sector can close the value and take their percentage. Even the well-known barter (exchange of products and services for advertising) is prohibited.
The column discovered that Beatriz Reis and Leidy Elin are examples of former participants who had already advertised, but the amount they received would not exceed R$15 to R$20 thousand reais. Meanwhile, what has been said by people linked to the ex-BBBs is that the brands that closed down to have the girls promote their products would have paid Globo the sum of R$50 to R$100 thousand. In other words, one can already imagine that the division of profits was not equal.
Including some Pipocas like Ráculo and Leidy, they would have missed out on earning approximately R$50,000 to model for a brand at the São Paulo Fashion Week which took place between the 17th and 20th of April because those responsible did not want to close directly with Globo, as the amount charged would be much higher.
The Daniel Nascimento column sought Globo’s advice on the matter and the broadcaster did not comment until the end of this note. The space remains open.
