The theory that Electra could be “the new Flora” arose from a publicity photo for the soap opera. In the image, the character appears sitting next to the villains, while her brothers, the good guys in the plot, appear standing in the background. “It’s funny that all the other brothers are standing and Electra is the only one sitting on the couch next to the villains?”, wrote one internet user. “My contribution to the theory that Electra is the villain of ‘Family Is Everything’, notice that she is always in black in most scenes, unlike Venus, who wears strong colors and Andromeda, who always wears flashy colors” , analyzed another.
There is still another segment of the public arguing that the villain is, in fact, Murilo (Henrique Barreira). In this version, the lawyer would be obsessed with his brother’s girlfriend and would have arranged everything to be her defender and thus get closer to her. “For me, Electra is not the villain, but Murilo, he gives me the impression that he is obsessed with her and that he set all this up together with Jéssica”, wrote an X user.
