Six months after detonating the production of Domingão com Huck, Ratinho made an appearance on the program, last Sunday (31). Even though Globo has been a competitor for almost 30 years, the presenter sent a message to Raul Gil, who was Luciano Huck’s great honoree on the show. Carlos Massa took the opportunity to deny that his first appearance on television was on Record, where he established himself before signing a contract with SBT.
“Many people think that I was introduced to Brazil by another broadcaster, but I was introduced to Brazil by Programa Raul Gil. Many successful people out there started with Raul Gil. A hug to you and a very big hug to my friend and colleague Raul Gil”, thanked Ratinho in the message he sent to his colleague on the network.

Ratinho’s appearance on Globo comes a few months after the presenter criticized the production of Domingão com Huck. At the time, the veteran accused Luciano Huck of copying the painting The Brazilian Needs to Be Studyed.
“I want to send a hug to Luciano Huck. Luciano Huck, you’re copying one of our paintings, see? I was the one who invented it. You want to copy, copy, but ask me. I allow. Luciano, if you ask, I’ll let you, it won’t look bad. When I copy others, I warn them: ‘I’m going to copy you’. Are you going to put up a business that I created without telling me? I’ll want royalties,” she snapped.
It is worth mentioning that Ratinho’s move to SBT, in 1998, took place amidst the communicator’s surprising success at Record, in which his attraction even beat Globo and was frequently the audience leader. Silvio Santos made a great proposal to the veteran and even paid a fine to Edir Macedo’s broadcaster at the time.
