In Reborn, Tião Galinha (Irandhir Santos) remains obsessed with the idea of having a little devil in the bottle, just like José Inocêncio (Marcos Palmeira). He believes that the little cramulhão will bring him prosperity and take him out of the poverty in which he lives with his family.
However, the capetinha will be his downfall in Globo’s nine o’clock soap opera. Despite making several changes to the plot, Globo dropped the hammer and decided that, starting with this Tuesday’s episode (30), the downfall of the rural worker will begin. In addition to not being able to have a little devil, Tião will see his life destroyed due to his obsession.
It all started after Joana (Alice Carvalho) discovered that Tião Galinha would be capable of sacrificing his own son to have her dear. After that, his life will go downhill.
Sacrifice
Fascinated by the story that José Inocêncio has a little devil in a bottle that gives him everything he needs, Tião went after the farmer to get the story straight. The cocoa producer then decided to make fun of the humble man and created a strange story.
Inocêncio said that, to have the little devil, he would have to raise a black hen that had never been with a rooster and wait for her to lay an egg. And that egg couldn’t touch the ground, and would have to be hatched under Tião’s arm.
But José Inocêncio also warned him that the cramulhão would ask him for a sacrifice in exchange for the pact. Tião then stated that he would be able to hand over one of his children to the capiroto, leaving the farmer scared.
Beginning of the end
In the most recent chapters of Renascer, Joana finally learned the details of the pact with the devil planned by Tião. Pastor Lívio (Breno da Matta) told her that Tião promised to hand over one of their children to the devil, leaving her horrified.
From then on, Lívio and Joaninha try to open Tião’s eyes, revealing that he was deceived by José Inocêncio. The worker is so furious that he decides to go after the farmer again, putting him at gunpoint.
However, once again, José Inocêncio will trap Tião. He will find a way to plant an egg in his chicken’s cage, making Tião believe the story of the little cramulhão again. He will even find a way to hatch the egg under his arm so that no one will notice.
What is the ending of Tião Galinha in Renascer?
After that, Tião Galinha’s decline continues in Renascer. He will even get to keep José Inocêncio’s bottle when the farmer asks him if he can get Marianinha’s letter that is with Rachid (Almir Sater).
But Joaninha, increasingly tired of this whole story, will destroy the bottle. And, after that, more misfortune will happen to Tião, who will be unfairly accused of trying to kill Egídio (Vladimir Brichta).
As a result, Tião will be arrested and will go through great humiliation when he is slapped in the face in jail. Without any hope, the rural worker will end his own life by hanging himself in his cell.
