Coritiba forwards agreement with ex-Athletico and Cruzeiro analyst

After the dismissal of coach Guto Ferreira and the departure of performance analyst, Rafael Vieira, Coxa forwarded the hiring of Marcos Menezes, who headed Cruzeiro’s market analysis department. The information is from Radio Itatiaia.

Menezes arrived at Cruzeiro at the beginning of 2022, when former player Ronaldo took over the Minas Gerais club’s SAF. At the time, he left Athleico-PR for Raposa. The professional also works in Cuiabá and Ferroviária-SP.

On the other hand, Rafael Vieira, who left Coxa, is going to Cruzeiro. He was manager of the Coritiba Sports Intelligence and Analysis Center since July 2023 and worked in the performance analysis and market prospecting sectors.

Coritiba seeks coach for the continuation of Series B
